We also cut Copper, Bronze, Brass, Titanium, Carbon Fiber, Plastics, Wood, UHMW, Gasket materials, etc. with our Portland laser cutting and Portland waterjet cutting services.
Laser Cutting
One of the largest fiber laser on the
West Coast. We cut up to 10′ x 20′
parts. In addition to our new fiber,
we have 3 Amada C02 lasers that can
cut up to 1-1/4″ mild steel.
Plasma / Flame Cutting
We have just added a new Kinetic
K5000 plate processing machine.
This machine has a 48 hp drill spindle
with both plasma and flame heads.
Our new table measures 14′ x 60′.
Waterjet Cutting
New Omax Optimax 80X Waterjet
with 6’-8” x 14’ cutting envelope.
Features a Tiltajet head to eleiminate
part taper. Z- axis travel to 12”
Tolerances +/- .010”
Bending
5 CNC press brakes in house. Our
largest press brake is 24’ long with
750 tons of bending capacity. We
have 2 new 6 Axis CNC press brakes
for all your precision bending needs.
